Hours
Telephone intakes and counseling sessions can be scheduled between:
Monday – Sunday from 9am – 6pm

Rates
The current session fees are based on a 50-minute counseling session and are as follows: $125 per session. Extended sessions are available and may be recommended on a per client basis.

Payment
Payment is due at time of service and may be paid in the form of cash, credit, or debit card.

Insurance
Connective Counseling, LLC, does not belong to any insurance panels. Insurance companies require a diagnosis for subsequent sessions and for many other reasons, private pay is the only source of payment currently accepted.

Cancellation Policy
As a client, you have some important responsibilities. Please arrive on time and attend all scheduled appointments. Being on time is an indication of your own commitment to yourself in counseling. Please remember that by making an appointment, I am setting that time aside specifically for you. Therefore, it is important to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations, or those given without a full day’s notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
